Here's the recipe:
- 1 part GROUND oatmeal
- 1 part sour cream
- 1 part yogurt
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
You want to add enough lemon juice to create a moist spreadable paste. Blend it really well and apply on your face, leaving it on for about 10-15 minutes. Gently rinse it off with warm water and pat dry. Do this 2-4 times a day if you want to see some results.
